The Council

We are a fast developing, forward thinking and ambitious organisation that, rather than cutting services, is expanding what we do.

We have a clear commitment to our direction of travel – where we want to be and what do we want to do. We have strength in our leadership, from our councillors and senior management, which is backed by the resources that are needed.

This is underpinned by the use of technology that enables agile working from alternative locations, which helps promote a healthier work/life balance.
