The Roles

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new multi-disciplinary team, which we are creating within the recently formed Place Delivery service.

The Place Delivery service plays a central role in working with our partners to bring forward sustainable growth and regeneration within the Borough.

To support this working a number of key roles are being funded by both the Borough Council and Surrey County Council.

The service is very busy. It is central in helping to bringing forward our place shaping projects, which include the delivery of new market and affordable homes that people need, high quality mixed use developments that are helping to reshape our town centres and the infrastructure and service improvements that is necessary to support both sustainable growth and regeneration.

To help do this, we’re looking for great people with the right skills and experience to help us to deliver our ambitious agenda.

We need people who are able to work on their own initiative – self-starters who can run with projects, from conception to implementation.

We need people who are committed to working collaboratively, with other service areas and external partners, including the public, private and community and voluntary sector.

We need people who have a passion for place transformation, who are specialists within their field and who have extensive experience in project management.

We need people who have a can do, positive attitude, who will challenge the norm, go the extra mile and who love the work that they do.

We also want our great people to grow, develop and progress their careers.
